- Blue Emergency Phones
- There are 115 blue light phones located throughout the Texas A&M campus. These phones are distinguished by the 12-foot pole with the blue light on top and "Police Help" signs on the front and sides. In an emergency, simply open the door on the weatherproof box and press the red button. The University Police dispatcher will immediately know your exact location and be able to communicate with you.
- Texas A&M Corps of Cadets Escort
The Cadet Escort Program is a service offered by the Office of the Commandant and the Corps of Cadets. The Corps of Cadets provides cadet escorts to students and faculty between the hours of 6 PM and 7 AM week days and all day on weekends during the Fall and Spring semesters. Escorts are provided to and from the library, classroom buildings, parking areas, residence halls, and other main campus locations. The escort service does not extend beyond the West Campus Garage.
CARPOOL will facilitate a safe and reliable commuting environment in the Bryan/College Station area by providing free, non-judgmental rides home to intoxicated patrons and/or patrons rendered incapable of transportation due to other circumstances.
